1.6 ounce bag of Mushroom Jerky - Vegan, too! We make jerky with our own dehydrated mushrooms. Most batches are made with blue oyster or black pearl kings, but other varieties of oysters might make it into the mix, too.
Our Original flavor is a spicy teriyaki jerky, made with a teriyaki sauce base, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and plenty of spices.
The Flyin’ Hawaiian is a sweeter teriyaki jerky, made with pineapple juice, garlic, onion and ginger.
Due to the process of making the jerky, up to a week's lead time may be necessary.
