Creamy Mushroom Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

8 oz shredded mushrooms

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 1/2 C heavy cream

1/2 C shredded parmesan cheese

 

1. In a skillet on medium-high heat, melt butter.

2. Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft (about 3 mins).

3. Add garlic, parsley, thyme and rosemary. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 min).

4. Stir in cream and simmer, then reduce the heat and cook until the sauce has thickened.

5. Stir in cheese and let it melt.

6. Server over ANYTHING.
